Personnel Committee

Statement of Purpose
This committee has six functions:

1. determine salaries and compensation for all staff persons.
2. recommend salaries to the Finance Committee during budget preparation.
3. determine and monitor all personnel policies (e.g., vacation, sickness, leave of absence, snow) with the approval of the Congregation Council.
4. serve as an arbitration board should personnel issues arise.
5. make recommendations for job descriptions and performance evaluations.
6. perform special personnel functions as assigned by council.

Nature of Group Membership
This committee is appointed by the Congregation Council.

Meetings
Meets on the fourth Wednesday of the month, as needed, 7:30 p.m. in the Senior Pastor's Office.
